Bonnie Wingham Scottish Festival, located in the heart of the Manning Valley, MidNorth Coast, New South Wales is now in its 14th year. This year’s CLAN of HONOUR is the MACLENNAN CLAN.

Bruce McLennan will be officiating as the CLAN CHIEFTAIN.

Activities marked with the RED SQUARE are NON TICKETED ACTIVITIES (NTA) ie. Pay at the Venue. Numbers are required to assist us with catering, seating arrangements, etc.

All ticketed activities will incur a booking fee at the time of purchase.


2018 Highland Games and Market Day  Saturday 2nd June


Site requirements : (Note: due to the nature of the festival, preference is given to stalls with a SCOTTISH THEME).

Minimum site size is 4m x 4m. CLAN stalls not selling items are FREE but still need to be booked. 

Stall sizes are: 4m x 4m, 6m x 4m, 8m x 4m or 10m x 4m

Stall sites will be allocated approximately 1 (one) week before the event and successful stall holders will receive a notification email containing the stall site number and a map.


All stallholders must have their own current Public Liability Insurance of twenty (20) million dollars.

Please bring a copy of the policy with you on the day.


You can set up on Friday afternoon or evening. HOWEVER, as a public park, security cannot be guaranteed.

The Police may do a few patrols throughout the night.


Setting up of stalls from 7.00 am. Setting up needs to be completed by 9.00 am.

Vehicle access until 8.30 am and not before 4.00 pm. Vehicles can be parked directly behind the stall site, but must not impede any other stallholder or emergency vehicle access.


No packing up UNTIL AFTER the Closing Ceremony. (approx 3.30 pm)

This is an event NOT a market, and will end AFTER the CLOSING CEREMONY.


In the interests of public safety, NO VEHICULAR MOVEMENT until AFTER the CLOSING CEREMONY.

Failure to follow this instruction may result in not being invited in future years.


All sites and surrounds must be clear of any rubbish or debris at the completion of the Festival. Each stallholder is responsible

for the site allocated to them. This event is held on a public park. Please respect it.


Those stallholders requiring power make sure you bring sufficient power leads, power boards.

You may need to share a connection with other stallholders. If you have a generator please bring it.

All Electrical cables must carry a current Test and Tag label (Aust. Standard AS3760)


Those stallholders requiring water must bring containers as water is only available at council outlets.

Food stall holders may be subject to Council Health inspection and OH&S inspection during the event.

All bookings are carried out on an external site
